For starters , we all know how important is is to have your business listed on Google Reviews. It is a great way of showing your potential and existing customers that you are a trusted and reliable company as they will be able to see your existing reviews and ratings.
Don’t worry if you have just set up your business on Google Reviews or have only a few reviews. In this blog post I will be covering some points that might help you gain a few more reviews and ratings in the future.
Don’t drown them with instructions and point them in loads of directions just to leave you a review. They will either ignore it or just get annoyed. If you have a store, you could set up a computer, tablet or device dedicated solely to leaving reviews. Something with the page easily accessible for those ‘spare of the moment’ moments… If you deal mostly online you could just create a document with clear and simple step by step instructions on how to leave a Google Review. I would recommend to stick to one page as this will make it feel like a quick and easy process. You could email this document or even add it to your website somewhere.
Here’s an example of our Click Business Solutions Google Review
If you’re a business that means dealing with a lot of clients online you can keep their emails add them to a newsletter list. Once you have built up a list of emails, why not send out your Google Review instruction guide and just ask them if they thought your service was good and if they would be happy to fill out a Google Review for you.
If you want to reach some of your clients who don’t always respond to emails why not try tweeting out to your followers or posting on your Facebook page.
At the end of the day if you don’t ask you wont get. If you’ve provided exceptional service i’m sure all of your clients and customers would be more than happy to fill out a Google Review for you.
